Membership and Account Requirements

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• • Represent a legitimate youth sports organization
• • Provide accurate and complete information
• • Maintain current membership payments

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• • All activities that occur under your account
• • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
• • Ensuring information accuracy and updates

Membership Fees and Payment

Membership fees are charged annually and must be paid in advance. Current pricing:

• • Team Membership: $199/year
• • Club Membership: $599/year
• • League Membership: Custom pricing

Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may offer prorated refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

Booking Terms

Hotel Reservations

• • All bookings are subject to hotel availability and terms
• • Cancellation policies vary by hotel partner
• • Payment is due according to each hotel's policy
• • We are not responsible for hotel service quality

Partner Discounts

• • Discounts are subject to availability and partner terms
• • Some restrictions may apply (blackout dates, minimum stays)
• • Partners may modify or terminate discounts with notice
• • Misuse of member privileges may result in account suspension

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform to:

• • Make false or fraudulent bookings
• • Share membership credentials with unauthorized parties
• • Use automated systems to access our services
• • Interfere with platform operations or security
• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• • Resell or commercialize member discounts

Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by TeamTravel.us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or terms of third-party services (hotels, restaurants, transportation). Your relationship with these providers is governed by their terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

TeamTravel.us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership in the current year.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any reason with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your membership at any time, though fees are non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Chicago, IL.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify members of significant changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
